After the mask is applied, Reiki energy healing is offered to further support your relaxation and inner harmony. The facial concludes with a second tone and relaxing massage routine which covers the chest, neck, shoulders as well as the face.  

Experience a completely natural face lift, which is an excellent alternative for people who do not wish to have a surgical facelift. This treatment is a great one-off treatment before a special event or ideally a series of 4-6 weekly sessions will give you the best long-term results.   Block bookings (minimum 4) will be taken at a reduced rate of £30 per session.

Crystal Healing includes a chakra balance, aura cleanse and crystal placement on the chakras to balance to chakra system.  Crystal Healing is an energy-based system.  We are made up of different energies and when this becomes stagnant, unbalanced or blocked, it can cause illness.  The premise is that crystals help unblock, balance and direct energy where it is most needed, gently supporting the body to heal in a therapeutic way.

Reflexology is where the practitioner applies pressure to different areas of the feet or hands (reflex points).   The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot or hand correspond to parts of the body including organs and systems of the body. Reflexology is known for its relaxation and helps alleviate stress.

Hot Stone Reflexology although has the same benefits as normal reflexology, using hot stones can bring about a much deeper level of relaxation than reflexology alone. Just bliss!

This is a relaxing treatment which uses crystals to carry out reflexology based moves on the soles of your feet.  The reflex points on the soles of your feet are connected to different areas of the body, therefore the treatment is able to target certain areas.  This is certainly a general feel good treatment.
